When this tool is executed, it sets two pipeline variables
  • externalPhoneNumbers - an Array of external phone number associated with the conversation.
  • url - a deeplink url to the current conversation.
Both of these pipeline variables can be referenced downstream. Example use case:
  • AI voice receptionist.
  • Runs get numbers tool.
  • Use the url deeplink in a handoff email (Send Email tool) so team members can link directly to the conversation.
